CATIA Exception Processing Message c00000013

Problem: When doing something in CATIA (checking out a file). Or any application for that matter. the user gets a
	 "Exception Processing Message c00000013 Parameters ########## ######### #########"

Solution: This exception occurs for one of several reasons:
	Windows is looking for a file on a drive that doesnt exist anymore (flashdrive)
	Windows is looking for a file from thier recent documents folder that was on a flshdrive
	There was a mismatch in the nameing of a hardrive D,F,G.....

	To solve this you need to go into the user's profile C:\Documents and Settings\mismith
		delete the folder "My Recent Documents"
			this is no big deal because it is just a folder of shortcuts...some probaly to that missing flashdrive

	Next in CATIA you need to make sure that the user's serch order is set up properly. Because if was
	set up when the flashdrive was initaly pluged in you will get problems.
	(This must be done from the user's profile)
	Open CATIA
		Go to Tools--> options
			Select the genneral options
				Select the "document" tab
					make sure that only "folder of the pointed document" is active
